We are a multidisciplinary, end-to-end team—from market analysis and product management to engineering, design, testing, and interface copy editing. We don’t work in a vacuum: we implement IT solutions across sectors—healthcare, finance and banking, transport security, technology, education, and more. Our job is to carry a product all the way through: research, design, build, populate with content, test, and put into production.

Frontend: JavaScript, HTML/CSS
We design interfaces that load quickly, behave consistently across browsers, and adapt to mobile devices. We use a component-based approach, design systems, and accessibility (ARIA), integrating UIs with the backend via REST/GraphQL. When required, we employ modern frameworks (e.g., React/Vue) and SSR/SPA patterns.
Backend/System: Rust, Python
Rust—for high-performance, memory-safe services (low latency, event/stream processing, system utilities). Python—for business logic, integrations, and services leveraging its rich ecosystem (data processing, APIs, automation). We apply modular design, SOLID, and clean architecture; where appropriate, microservices, queues, and message brokers.
Data: Declarative SQL
We design database schemas, normalize data, configure indexing, replication, and backups. We optimize queries and execution plans, and manage concurrency and transactions. We select the DBMS to match workload and data profile, and ensure migrations and schema versioning.
Integrations & Architecture
We connect internal and external systems through resilient interfaces: API gateways, webhooks, and ETL/ELT pipelines. We embed observability (logs, metrics, traces) so the solution is operable and transparent under load.
Quality & Delivery
Code reviews, automated tests (unit/integration/regression), static analysis, isolated build environments, and CI/CD—reducing defects, accelerating releases, and simplifying operations.

Security by default
We build protection at the architectural and process levels: secrets reside in secure vaults, access follows the principle of least privilege, and data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We enforce a secure SDLC, perform dependency audits, and maintain rigorous vulnerability management.
Rapid incident response
We rely on monitoring and alerting to detect anomalies early. When an incident occurs, we contain and isolate it, restore service, and conduct a post-mortem with corrective actions. The goal is minimal downtime and preservation of data.

We care that the product delivers value in real operations: readable code, solid documentation, reproducible builds, and predictable releases. We prefer straightforward solutions where possible—and scalable ones where necessary.
